Hi to John, Diane & Norman - apologies if I've not got back to y'all sooner - the old "email notification" is still acting up a bit :). "John Bunyan"? I must have written somewhere about him John! "Vastcash"!? - why not Diane - I'll drop on by....and Norman - the whole Irish involvement in the Boer War, World War I, and the military activities from the "Uprising" onwards is a constant education and a thrilling time in history.

Found your note whilst tracking down Maj.Gen Fitzroy Hart who lead the Irish Brigade at the battles of Colenso and Tugela Heights in the Anglo-Boer War. Interesting that the Irish fought on both sides.

Hi,
I was checking out your page on Nevadaville Colo . My Husband's Grandfathers Trailor remains down in the guly.Where Vic pushed it after Pat Green died (gramps). Pat was the Watchman of Nevadaville in the 1960s tell his death in 1971.
Charlie still has a flier with gramps on it and his old badge.
